1. Are the product handmade? Are they durable?
Every charm, earrings and desk pets are handcrafted with the highest quality and care ; however, due to the nature of handmade items, gentle use is recommended.
2. What are your products made from?
Each item are hand-sculpted with polymer clay and varnished with UV resin for shine and durability.
3. Where are your products made in? Where is Sarah Clay Shop from?
Sarah Clay Shop and each product are handcrafted in Malaysia.
4. Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical store. We do have products in some stores in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you wish to see the charms, desk pets and earrings, we do have pop ups and events every now and then. Follow us on Instagram to be updated on our next pop ups!
Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Currently we ship internationally using DHL Express. Rates are based on weight/dimension and is calculated at checkout.
2. What are the methods of delivery for international orders and processing time for orders?
To ensure safe delivery and fast delivery of all our product we use DHL Express for international shipment. You will be provided a tracking number to check the status of the shipment.
Once you place your order, kindly allow 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to be crafted and another 5-10 business days for delivery.
3. Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties?
All international deliveries may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country of destination and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Sarah Clay Shop cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. Please contact your local customs office for the fee calculations.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Every charms, earrings and desk pets are handcrafted with love, care and detail to ensure quality. Regrettably, once you've placed an order on our website, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. We’re also unable to offer returns and refunds. However, if you received an incorrect order, kindly get in touch with us at sarah.neoarts@gmail.com and we will send the correct order to you as soon as possible!
